stakeholders to develop, configure, and optimize ServiceNow SPM solutions that align portfolio strategy with business execution.\n\nWhat will your role look like\nDesign, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.\nConfigure and customize Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Agile Development, and Financial Planning modules.\nDevelop workflows, Flow Designer automations, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and custom applications using ServiceNow best practices.\nConfigure and maintain CMDB, CSDM, and Foundation Data to support enterprise portfolio and project management processes.\nDevelop integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and middleware platforms.\nBuild dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics solutions to support portfolio governance and executive decision-making.\nCollaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Solution Architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nSupport platform upgrades, enhancements, defect resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nTroubleshoot application issues and optimize platform performance.\nParticipate in code reviews, technical documentation, testing, deployment, and release Development\nFinancial Planning\nStrong understanding of CSDM, CMDB, and Foundation Data concepts.\nExperience configuring Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Service Catalog.\nExperience building integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and enterprise middleware.\nExperience creating reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics solutions.\nStrong JavaScript development skills and knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\n\nMandatory Certifications\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)\nServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM)\n\nGood-to-have skills\nExperience with ITOM, including CMDB,
