This role focuses on translating business and engineering discussions into structured user experiences, while contributing to a scalable design system aligned with engineering.\n\nRole Objectives : \n\n- Translate business and engineering discussions into clear UX flows and interface designs\n\n- Modernize legacy interfaces into consistent, scalable user experiences\n\n- Contribute to and help establish a component-based design system aligned with engineering\n\n- Create and maintain Figma assets that map cleanly to reusable components\n\n- Support adoption of structured workflows across design and development\n\n- Engage with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and improve usability\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Develop wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity designs in Figma\n\n- Structure complex, data-heavy workflows into intuitive user journeys\n\n- Partner with engineering to align designs with component-based implementation\n\n- Contribute to initial setup and evolution of a shared component library\n\n- Participate in working sessions with business and technology teams\n\n- Identify gaps in existing designs and drive structured improvements\n\n- Balance speed and clarity in a fast-moving delivery environment\n\nQualifications and Skills : \n\n- 5 -
