This includes and is not limited to participation in compliance projects on the level of the Group, Third Parties Risk management, compliance training/educations, risk analysis etc.\nWhat you'll do\nAdministering compliance requests and compliance reports, along with other general inquiries in terms of compliance to our companies and offices \nDeveloping documentation for internal processes and identify areas where compliance alignments need to be made \nAdminister processes around Third parties Risk management and Due Diligence \nReviewing compliance clauses in commercial agreements \nDetecting compliance risks in our operations and proactively advise on possible non-compliance matters \nResearching and evaluating different risk factors regarding international legal operations \nHelp in implementation of compliance polices throughout Infobip group \nWorking with and help supporting other corporate functions within the organization in terms of compliance \nCollaborate with Compliance Team to constantly improve processes and workflows \nProvide backup to your fellow Compliance team members on projects and tasks \nParticipating in activities to create risk awareness within the organization \nHelp create educational and instructional compliance materials, guides, templates, and other resources \nConduct any required testing related to red flags follow up or remediation \nReview compliance reports to ensure its accuracy as well as follow up and remediation of any observations \nConduct additional data analytics \nEnsure storage and evidence of all compliance information \nAssist Compliance managers in all their activities (e.g., trainings and awareness, data analytics, regular rhythm with the team and business, drafting presentations, meeting notes) \nPoint of contact on compliance matters for business and regions \nWhat makes you a strong fit\nYou have a minimum 3 years of experience in the field \nYou have higher education degree, law - LLB and/or LLM \nYou are solution oriented \nYou have a general understanding of compliance system, compliance program and identification of compliance risks \nYou have general knowledge of Third-party Risk management, Anti Bribery and Corruption processes and other Compliance related areas \nFull professional fluency in English \nEffective task management \nInterdisciplinary approach to tasks \nYou love setting up and driving development processes \nYou have a developed passion for technology, for studying and researching different legislation \nYou have excellent organizational, analytical, and writing skills; you are quick learner, and you have a strong sense of initiative \nYou are ready to travel \n\nWhy you'll love it here\nFinancial rewards & recognition - A fair compensation aligned with your experience, industry, and market standards, performance-driven bonuses, regular reviews to support your growth and recognize your contributions, and a culture that values your impact.\n\nFlexible work arrangements - We combine in-person collaboration with remote work and flexible working hours, because great ideas happen everywhere - and not always between 9 and 5.\n\nESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) - As an Infobip employee, you’ll have the opportunity to share in our company’s success through stock options.\n\nWork-life balance and Well-being - We offer time off when you need it, special leave days for life’s big moments, and a flexible hybrid work model tailored to local regulations.\n\nCareer mobility - Your career is a journey.
