This leadership role is vital in driving cross-functional collaboration, shaping the future of our product offering, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation.\nAs a Group Product Manager, you will play a key role in guiding Product team, aligning product development with market needs, and maximizing business impact across the board.\nWhat will you do at Infobip?\nOrganize, coordinate, and guide the work of product teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.\nIdentify areas for improvement across the department and suggest actionable changes.\nConduct market research to inform product direction in line with the product strategy.\nEngage in product discovery, understand stakeholder needs, and translate them into clear product requirements.\nProvide ongoing input and support during the product development cycle\nPlan and prioritize tasks to maximize delivery impact.\nPerform final product testing, validate product quality, and ensure thorough documentation.\nCollaborate closely with all stakeholders - development teams, sales, marketing, leadership, and clients.\nAct as the key internal and external representative of the product, enabling sales and marketing teams with the right positioning and messaging.\nMore about you:\nProven experience in product leadership roles (Group PM, Lead PM, or similar).\nExperience managing multiple product teams or product areas.\nStrong track record of driving impact and aligning product development with business strategy.\nA hands-on approach, with the ability to drive strategy while simultaneously diving deep into execution.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills across departments and seniority levels.\nDeep understanding of product discovery, delivery, and optimization processes.\nExperience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or LeSS.\nSkilled in prioritization, team coordination, and process improvement.\nAbility to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\nA team player with a proactive, independent approach and a strong sense of ownership.\n\nAt Infobip, the Product Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of global communications by leading product vision, strategy, and execution within one of critical domains, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, scalable, and secure communication experiences.\nInfobip offers a comprehensive suite of communication products and services designed to simplify global communication and enhance customer engagement, including a CPaaS that supports various channels like SMS, Voice, Email, WhatsApp, Viber, and RCS, alongside customer engagement SaaS solutions such as a cloud contact center (Conversations), AI-powered chatbot builder (Answers), omnichannel engagement (Moments), and customer data platform (People CDP).\nInfobip also delivers innovative Telco solutions that help mobile operators unlock new revenue streams and accelerate digital transformation through advanced messaging, security, and monetization services.
