Every role here benefits from and contributes to this approach.\nIf you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.\nLet’s build what’s next, together.\n\nWhat this role is all about\nThe Integrated Marketing Associate supports the senior team members in the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for the assigned vertical. \nWith the guidance from seniors, and in collaboration with other teams, the Associates contribute to local brand awareness campaigns, marketing plans, and event coordination, ensuring engagement and impactful interactions within the target market segment.\nWhat you'll do\nEvents and tradeshows: Assist with planning and running events, tradeshows, dinners, and webinars for the region.\nEvent management: Support the regional events team with logistics, registration, vendors, and timelines.\nCampaign support: Work with PR, Social, Growth Marketing, Content, Partner Marketing, and Integrated Marketers on regional campaigns.\nMarketing plans: Give input to annual and quarterly regional plans and budgets, guided by senior team members.\nMeasurement: Track results from events and programs against pipeline and engagement KPIs, and share what you learn with the team.\nAI workflows: Test and adopt AI tools to speed up marketing work, and share what works. Show eagerness and curiosity about Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI tools.\nWhat makes you a strong fit\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.\n1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, technology, telecommunications, or a related industry.\nBasic understanding of marketing strategies, brand awareness campaigns, digital marketing, and content marketing.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with experience supporting content creation, editing, and localization.\nExperience supporting the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, trade shows, or industry activities.\nStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and work with different stakeholders.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with regional and global teams, including PR, Social Media, Content, and other Marketing functions.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
