You will work inside the Email business unit, reporting to the Group Product Manager for Email and working closely with business and engineering teams to grow our email offering, which today combines high-throughput sending infrastructure, email validation, the Deliverability Center and hands-on support from deliverability experts, into a complete product clients rely on from the first draft to the final result.\nWhat you'll do\nIdentify client needs and market problems, keeping overall business goals in mind. \nDefine a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap for Email, covering the full client journey from content to results. \nLead how we bring intelligence and automation into email, from content recommendations and delivery diagnostics to explaining performance data in plain language, moving toward experiences where clients set the goal and the platform handles the steps. \nUse data to make product decisions, defining success metrics, tracking adoption and performance, and acting on what the numbers show. \nWork closely with operations and deliverability teams to keep the product reliable at scale, turning recurring operational issues into product improvements. \nBuild products together with engineering and design, based on market research, competitor analysis and the wider Infobip platform, while following industry changes such as Google, Microsoft and Yahoo sender requirements, DMARC, BIMI and privacy rules. \nGet the company ready to launch new products and features by removing roadblocks, and present our products at internal and external workshops, webinars and industry events such as M3AAWG, building relationships with industry peers. \nWhat makes you a strong fit\nAt least 3 years of experience in product management or a similar role. \nUnderstanding of technical concepts such as APIs and integrations. \nData-driven and analytical, basing decisions on evidence such as client feedback and metrics like adoption, engagement and retention. \nStrong operational skills, staying close to day-to-day product performance, spotting problems early and following them through to resolution. \nExperience working closely with engineering teams, communicating product vision, defining features and managing releases, with an understanding of how the product fits into the wider technical stack, across the end-to-end product life cycle from discovery to delivery. \nAble to communicate with and influence decisions at every level of an organisation; a team player who learns and shares knowledge. \nFluent in English. \nNice-to-have qualifications\nExperience in email, messaging or CPaaS, including knowledge of SMTP, SPF, DKIM and DMARC. \nExperience leading data-heavy products, such as analytics, monitoring or reporting tools, or building and launching automation features. \nExperience with market research and competitor analysis. \n\nWhy you'll love it here\nFinancial rewards & recognition - A fair compensation aligned with your experience, industry, and market standards, performance-driven bonuses, regular reviews to support your growth and recognize your contributions, and a culture that values your impact.\n\nFlexible work arrangements - We combine in-person collaboration with remote work and flexible working hours, because great ideas happen everywhere - and not always between 9 and 5.\n\nESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) - As an Infobip employee, you’ll have the opportunity to share in our company’s success through stock options.\n\nWork-life balance and Well-being - We offer time off when you need it, special leave days for life’s big moments, and a flexible hybrid work model tailored to local regulations.\n\nCareer mobility - Your career is a journey.
