What this role is all about
Every Infobip product, channel and commercial model ultimately depends on one thing: the ability to turn usage and agreed commercial terms into accurate, transparent and scalable charges. As a Senior Product Manager for Product Monetization, you'll shape the systems and processes behind product catalog, pricing, quoting, charging, billing and invoicing across our global portfolio. You'll work where product strategy, commercial models, finance operations, regulation, data and high-scale engineering meet, simplifying a complex landscape while protecting revenue, margin, compliance and customer trust. This is an internal platform role with company-wide impact: your products enable teams to launch and monetize new CPaaS, SaaS and AI propositions, support both self-service and managed customer journeys, and invoice customers accurately across markets and legal entities.
What you'll do
- Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Product Monetization domain, connecting product catalog, CPQ, pricing, charging, billing and invoicing capabilities.
- Discover and validate the needs of Product, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Billing Operations, Partnerships and other internal users, while keeping company objectives and customer outcomes in focus.
- Translate complex commercial and financial processes into clear product problems, requirements, service boundaries and measurable outcomes.
- Partner closely with engineering, architecture, design, data and operational teams to build reliable, scalable and API-first platform capabilities.
- Enable new CPaaS, SaaS and AI business models, including usage-based, recurring, tiered, volume, package, fee, discount and revenue-sharing models.
- Improve the flow from opportunity and quote to activated commercial terms, usage charging, invoice generation and downstream reporting.
- Drive automation and self-service to reduce manual configuration, corrections, recalculations and operational dependencies.
- Define and monitor product and operational metrics such as adoption, automation rate, billing accuracy, time to monetize, correction volume and cycle time.
- Lead prioritization across strategic platform evolution, regulatory needs, product launches, operational improvements and technical sustainability.
- Act as the Product Monetization subject matter expert and point of contact for senior stakeholders across the company.
- Mentor Product Managers and Associates, strengthen product craft in the team and contribute to a culture of ownership, discovery and outcome-based delivery.
What makes you a strong fit
- Significant experience managing complex B2B software, platform or internal products across the full lifecycle, from discovery and strategy to delivery, adoption and optimization.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to connect customer, commercial, operational, financial, regulatory, data and technical perspectives.
- Demonstrated success turning fragmented or manual processes into scalable product capabilities and clear operating models.
- Comfort working with technical products, APIs, integrations, event or usage data, distributed systems and complex system dependencies.
- Ability to define a compelling long-term direction while staying close to delivery details, trade-offs and operational reality.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using qualitative and quantitative evidence to frame problems, prioritize investments and measure outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and seniority levels, including the ability to create alignment when priorities conflict.
- Clear, structured communication and the ability to make complex topics understandable to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum, Kanban, LeSS or similar approaches.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global organization.
- A proactive, independent and pragmatic approach, with strong ownership and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience in CPaaS, SaaS, telecommunications, payments or another high-volume, usage-based business.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following domains: product catalog, monetization, pricing, CPQ, charging, billing, invoicing, ERP or order-to-cash.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, enterprise ERP platforms or large-scale billing and charging solutions.
- Experience modernizing legacy platforms, consolidating tooling or designing platform capabilities for reuse across multiple product teams.
- Financial rewards & recognition - A fair compensation aligned with your experience, industry, and market standards, performance-driven bonuses, regular reviews to support your growth and recognize your contributions, and a culture that values your impact.
- Flexible work arrangements - We combine in-person collaboration with remote work and flexible working hours, because great ideas happen everywhere - and not always between 9 and 5.
- ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) - As an Infobip employee, you’ll have the opportunity to share in our company’s success through stock options.
- Work-life balance and Well-being - We offer time off when you need it, special leave days for life’s big moments, and a flexible hybrid work model tailored to local regulations.
- Career mobility - Your career is a journey. With internal mobility, upskilling, and mentorship, we help you shape your path.
- Professional development - Learning never stops. Onboarding, mentorship, and training programs help you grow - no matter where you start.
- International mobility - Ready to take your career global? Explore short and long-term opportunities in our Hubs worldwide.
While some benefits may vary by location, our goal remains the same: to support your growth, well-being, and success - wherever you are.
