To write our next success story, it is essential to continue innovating and developing our global, in-house developed products.\nAs a Senior Product Manager, you will directly impact our company’s portfolio by leading the discovery, definition, building, launching, and scaling of a product. The Senior Product Manager is an independent, high-level expert role in Product Management.\nWhat will you do at Infobip?\nDiscover customer needs and market problems while keeping in mind overall business objectives. \nDefine a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for dedicated products.\nShare the vision of the product with all stakeholders: customers, management, engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams. \nBe a subject matter expert and point of contact for stakeholders regarding the product. \nBuild the product together with engineering and design teams. \nAchieve company readiness to launch new products and features by removing roadblocks. \nScale the products for customers by using our internal IT infrastructure, such as private cloud, integrations with public clouds, and IaaS capabilities - including automated provisioning of network, compute, and storage resources. \nServe as an independent, high-level expert in Product Management.\nPersons in this role are confident in their knowledge and can mentor one or more Associates.\nMore about you:\nEngineering background or experience.\nExperience with the end-to-end software product life cycle, from discovery to delivery.\nExperience with market research and product testing. \nGood knowledge of Go-to-Market strategies. \nExperience in optimizing product management processes.\nStrong understanding and experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum, LeSS, Kanban, or others. \nAbility to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\nAn excellent team player, capable of learning and sharing knowledge in a team environment. \nA willingness and ability to work independently and autonomously.\nFor collaboration purposes, we would prefer you to be located in any country where Infobip currently operates, within GMT ±3 hours.\nYou will be employed in the country of your residence and citizenship.\n\nAt Infobip, the Product Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of global communications by leading product vision, strategy, and execution within one of critical domains, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, scalable, and secure communication experiences.\nInfobip offers a comprehensive suite of communication products and services designed to simplify global communication and enhance customer engagement, including a CPaaS that supports various channels like SMS, Voice, Email, WhatsApp, Viber, and RCS, alongside customer engagement SaaS solutions such as a cloud contact center (Conversations), AI-powered chatbot builder (Answers), omnichannel engagement (Moments), and customer data platform (People CDP).
