You’ll work on some of the region’s most complex and strategic customer engagements, owning opportunities end-to-end-from discovery and architecture to integration and go-live.\nyou'll position Infobip's AI portfolio - including AgentOS AI Agents, AI Hub, and omnichannel automation - to enterprise prospects across industries. In addition, you act as a technical leader, trusted advisor, and “go-to” expert in the region, collaborating with internal teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery. As a Senior, you also mentor and uplift other team members while contributing to best practices and technical excellence across the organization.\nYour mission is to drive value, reduce complexity, and create scalable, future-proof solutions that help our customers achieve-and exceed-their business goals.\nWhat you’ll do\nConsulting, discovery & pre-sales leadership\nTranslate complex customer workflows into agentic AI architectures: map business outcomes (reduce AHT, increase FCR, automate billing/order flows) to orchestrated multi-agent solutions.\nOwn the technical narrative in deals - from discovery through proof-of-concept, including live demos of AI agents performing multi-step tasks against real customer scenarios.\nGuide customers in choosing the right AI tier: rule-based chatbots vs. AI assistants (RAG/FAQ) vs. autonomous AI agents - and articulate the trade-offs clearly.\nHelp customers and partners understand the value of Infobip’s solutions and services.\nDeeply understand customer businesses and map their needs to the right Infobip solutions and products.\nAdvise customers on industry best practices to improve business outcomes.\nContinuously identify and design new, innovative solutions tailored to customer needs.\nCollect detailed technical requirements and design complex architectures and integration plans.\nHandle technical and security questionnaires with clarity and accuracy.\nLead captivating demos and Proofs of Concept (POCs) for high-profile customers.\nConduct scoping exercises, effort estimations, and guide commercial teams with technical input.\nSolution implementation & delivery excellence\nDeliver comprehensive, precise technical documentation for internal and external audiences.\nConfigure and customize complex Infobip solutions to meet customer business and technical requirements.\nEnsure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, consistently exceeding expectations.\nLead consulting and solution enablement sessions; document discussions with high-quality minutes.\nCreate conversational workflows and strategies (natural dialog flows, wireframes, templates) for Answers and other Infobip products.\nProvide hands-on technical leadership during integrations, deployments, and troubleshooting.\nTechnical leadership, mentorship & internal impact\nDocument solutions and share best practices within the department (e.g., through Communities of Practice).\nMaintain deep awareness of market feature needs and provide input to influence product roadmaps.\nMentor junior and mid-level team members, guiding their technical and professional growth.\nStay current on Infobip’s product portfolio, both technically and commercially, including updates, new features, and competitive trends.\nAct as the regional technical expert, supporting cross-functional teams on complex opportunities.\nWhat makes you a strong fit\n6+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, system integration, or similar roles.\nProven expertise designing complex, scalable technical architectures in CPaaS/SaaS environments.\nExperience with Voice products is highly valued.\n\nStrong background in Telecommunications, APIs, messaging, or customer engagement platforms.\nAdvanced experience configuring and integrating solutions via REST APIs, SFTP, and other integration patterns.\nDemonstrated ability to lead complex opportunities end-to-end with autonomy.\nExcellent communication, storytelling, and customer-facing skills.\nHands-on experience conducting demos, POCs, discovery sessions, and technical deep-dives.\nStrong project management capabilities: planning, risk mitigation, delivery execution.\nAbility to mentor team members and uplift technical standards within the team.\nProactive, creative problem-solver who challenges assumptions and identifies new use cases.\nComfortable influencing senior stakeholders and navigating high-visibility engagements.\n\nAdditional Information\nSalary Range: $107,000 - $140,000 USD annual base salary (the salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset).
