OurSolutions Engineerisa mediator between Infobip and customer deployers/development technical teams, providingaccuratetechnical solutionsandexpertise. The role takespartin activities for Infobip’s customers,product proposals, deployments, connectivity&integrations, implementations, solution design,and delivery.In order todeliver the desired business results,you willcollaborate with the regional teams andserveas a project manager orassistthe more experienced project leads.

You’llhave the opportunity tolearn aboutInfobip’s products and solutions as well asour company’sbusiness processes.With yourproject managementexperience,yousuccessfully perform project-related tasks and consult withProduct Development teams,Solutions Engineers,ourSolution Architect, and Solution Managers on assigned projects.

• Have a strong knowledge of all technical aspects of Infobip’s products and solutions.

• Understand the customers’ businesses, knowing exactly which of our products can help them evolve their business.

• Integrate Infobipproducts into our clients’ systems (custom-scripted API, SFTP, and other solutions overCPaaSandSaaS services).

• Canidentifynew and innovative use cases for Infobip’s products and solutions.

• Have an excellent understanding of the business and are up to date with the latest industry trends as well as the competition.

• Canbuild a solid relationship with our sales and technical teams so they consider you an asset and enjoy working with you.

• Conduct demos,Proof of Concepts(POCs), and solution integration enablement sessions for customers andsummarize meetings via documentation.

• Maintainthe highest degree of customer satisfaction duringprojectimplementation.

• Collect the technical requirements and design technical solutions and service integration plans.

• Deliver detailed andaccuratetechnical documentation.

• Handle technical and security questionnaires.

• Ensurethat all the projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

More about you&yourqualifications:

• Minimum3 to 5years ofstrong, relatedexperiencethat has developed yourexpertisein pre-sales, tech sales, system integrations, or similar roles.

• Experience in a technical role in theTelecommunications industry /CPaaSspace.

• Preferredknowledge in virtualization, machine learning, RCS, andmobile identity solutions.

• Excellent communication skills(both written and verbal) to clients, partners, and colleagues.

• You havethe ability tochallenge the status quo.

• You have anEngineering background and passion for IT and technology.

• Proactive and creative approach to attend to clients’ needs (even ifsometimesthey’renotaware of those needs).

• Able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence, and persistence.

• Project managementexperience isa must.

• Thrivesin a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 USD annual base salary (the salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset). This role is also eligible for quarterly discretionary bonus.
