The engineer in this role takes part in the activities for Infobip’s customers product proposals, deployments, connectivity and integrations, improvement of their current implementations, solution design and delivery.\nIn order to deliver the desired business results, Solution Engineers collaborate with the regional teams and act as a project manager or assist the more experienced project leads.\nYou know you are doing a good job when you:\nHave a strong knowledge of all technical aspects of Infobip’s products and solutions.\nUnderstand the customers’ businesses, knowing exactly which of our products can help them evolve their business.\nIntegrate Infobip Products into our clients’ systems (custom-scripted API, SFTP and other solutions over CPaaS, SaaS services).\nCan identify new and innovative use cases for Infobip’s products and solutions.\nHave an excellent understanding of the business and are up to date with the latest industry trends as well as the competition.\nCan build a solid relationship with our sales and technical teams so they consider you an asset and enjoy working with you.\nConduct demos, POCs and solution integration enablement sessions for customers and document with meeting minutes summaries.\nEnsure the highest degree of customer satisfaction during the implementation of the project.\nCollect the technical requirements and design technical solutions and service integration plans.\nDeliver detailed and accurate technical documentation.\nHandle the technical and security questionnaires.\nEnsuring that all the projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. \nThe engineer on this level focuses on learning Infobip’s products and solutions as well as the business processes.
