In this pivotal role, you will build and deliver practical AI solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and business processes across our global go-to-market organization. Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Information Technology, Security, and Data teams, you will connect enterprise platforms, data, and workflows to create measurable business impact while helping Infoblox operate with greater speed, insight, and scale\nBe a Contributor - What You’ll Do\nPartner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams to identify high-value opportunities where AI can improve productivity, decision-making, pipeline management, forecasting, customer engagement, and operational efficiency\nDesign, build, test, and deploy AI agents, assistants, and workflow automations using approved enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, Glean, OpenAI, Gemini, or comparable tools\nTranslate business requirements into reliable AI-powered solutions that address GTM challenges and reduce administrative friction\nDevelop account intelligence, sales productivity, pipeline management, forecasting, content generation, knowledge retrieval, and customer engagement solutions\nExtend enterprise AI platforms through APIs, connectors, MCP, tool calling, and custom development when required\nIntegrate Salesforce and other GTM applications, data sources, and enterprise systems to support secure, connected workflows\nApply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, evaluation methods, and human-in-the-loop controls to improve solution quality and reliability\nOwn solutions from discovery and prototyping through production deployment, adoption, monitoring, and continuous improvement\nEstablish testing, monitoring, documentation, and feedback practices that measure accuracy, usability, adoption, cycle-time reduction, quality improvement, and capacity returned\nEnsure AI solutions comply with Infoblox security, architecture, privacy, data governance, and responsible-use standards\nBe Prepared - What You Bring\n5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI solution development, business applications, automation, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or a related field\nHands-on experience building and deploying AI agents, assistants, LLM-powered workflows, or comparable enterprise automation solutions\nExpertise with enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, Glean, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar tools\nStrong understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, agent workflows, tool calling, MCP, RAG, evaluation, and responsible AI practices\nExperience integrating applications and data through APIs, connectors, webhooks, or similar technologies\nFamiliarity with Salesforce and B2B sales, marketing, customer success, or broader GTM processes\nNice to have experience with GTM platforms such as Gong, Clari, or comparable revenue technology preferred\nExperience taking AI solutions from prototype to production, including testing, monitoring, security review, governance, and performance improvement\nProven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into practical solutions and communicate technical concepts clearly to business audiences\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field; equivalent hands-on technical experience may be considered\nBe Successful - Your Path\nFirst 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work.
