In this role, you will provide technical leadership and direct management of development teams around the world. Ability to lead and participate in architecture, design, and technology discussions. Ability to facilitate the process of resolving challenging technical and architectural issues within and across groups. \nStrong knowledge of agile development process and CI/CD environments, specifically related to SaaS-based applications \nKnowledge of cloud-based infrastructures-Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS \nStrong developing and debugging skills in system and/or object-oriented languages such as Go, C, Java or similar in a Linux environment \nStrong knowledge of software design, data structures, and algorithms \nAbility to use automation and AI-assisted tools thoughtfully to improve development efficiency, debugging, and analysis\nDeep Networking knowledge and experience with DNS and DHCP protocols \nFamiliarity with database design, scalability, and performance is strongly desired \nStrong knowledge in software design, data structures, and algorithms \nBachelor’s degree in CS, CE, or EE is required and a master’s in CS, CE, or EE is preferred \nBe Successful - Your Path\nFirst 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work.
