In this pivotal role, you will deliver engaging technical learning experiences that help customers, partners, and internal teams understand and apply Infoblox’s Digital Risk Protection capabilities.\nCollaborating closely with Education, Product, Customer Success, Support, Sales, and subject matter experts, you will translate complex cybersecurity concepts into practical, learner-centered training. You will support adoption of solutions that help organizations identify and disrupt external threats, including brand abuse, phishing, impersonation, fraud, and credential exposure. You will also use data, automation, and responsible AI tools to improve training preparation, learner engagement, and program effectiveness.\nBe a Contributor - What You’ll Do\nDeliver live and virtual technical training for customers, partners, and internal teams using approved Digital Risk Protection content and learning objectives\nCustomize examples, demonstrations, activities, and delivery approaches for different audiences, skill levels, and regional needs\nExplain Digital Risk Protection concepts, workflows, use cases, and operational processes in a clear and practical manner\nDemonstrate relevant Infoblox and Axur capabilities, including external threat discovery, threat validation, monitoring, disruption, and reporting workflows\nAssess learner understanding through discussions, demonstrations, exercises, labs, quizzes, and other appropriate methods\nCollect, analyze, and report learner feedback, attendance, assessment results, and training effectiveness metrics\nCollaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, Product, Customer Success, Support, and Sales to improve course content and learning experiences\nMaintain current knowledge of Digital Risk Protection, external threat intelligence, cybersecurity trends, product releases, and industry practices\nUse approved AI-assisted tools to draft agendas, training examples, knowledge checks, summaries, and facilitator resources while validating accuracy and protecting confidential information\nApply automation, analytics, and learning technologies to streamline preparation, identify learner trends, and improve training outcomes\nBe Prepared - What You Bring\nTypically requires 3-5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a master’s degree, or equivalent work experience\nExperience delivering technical, cybersecurity, software, or product training to customers, partners, employees, or other professional audiences\nKnowledge of cybersecurity concepts, external threat intelligence, Digital Risk Protection, brand protection, phishing, fraud, impersonation, or credential exposure\nProficiency with technical presentation, virtual delivery, collaboration, and learning tools, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and an LMS\nUnderstanding of adult learning principles, learner engagement techniques, and methods for evaluating knowledge and training effectiveness\nAbility to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in English and Portuguese\nAbility to adapt delivery to different audiences, learning styles, cultures, and levels of technical experience\nExperience using data, feedback, or reporting to improve training content and delivery\nFamiliarity with generative AI and automation tools for productivity, content development, analytics, or decision support, with the judgment to validate outputs and use them responsibly\nTechnical certifications in cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or a related field are beneficial\nBe Successful - Your Path\nFirst 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work.
