Reporting to the SmartHunt team leadership, you will help configure, tune, and maintain the Axur platform so customers receive accurate threat detection, efficient ticket handling, and timely guidance. In this role, you will work across brand protection, online piracy, data leakage, Deep & Dark Web monitoring, and executive and VIP protection. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to improve detection quality, automate workflows, investigate gaps, and deliver measurable service outcomes.\nBe a Contributor - What You’ll do\nConfigure, tune, and maintain Axur SmartHunt platform settings based on customer requirements and established playbooks\nCreate, tune, and maintain collections, search bots, keyword libraries, brand assets, filtering rules, and safelists\nManage ticket automations, validate triage criteria against platform attributes, and monitor service-level performance\nAnalyze tickets that were not automatically triaged and route issues to the appropriate product or internal team when necessary\nInvestigate customer-reported detection gaps through threat hunting, filtering-rule analysis, and search-bot review\nReview manually created customer cases to identify the causes of non-detection and recommend corrective actions\nPerform proactive configuration-health reviews and reduce false positives and operational noise\nMaintain accurate records of platform changes, investigations, customer requests, and follow-up actions\nProvide customer guidance and education on platform configuration, detection results, automations, and best practices\nPrepare reports summarizing completed actions, service KPIs, configuration health, automation performance, and detection-rate trends\nCollaborate with Customer Success, Product, Threat Intelligence, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve the SmartHunt service\nLeverage AI-enabled workflows to research customer environments and threat activity, prepare customer meetings, summarize cases and discussions, support customer communications, identify detection or service opportunities, and complete follow-up actions, while validating outputs for accuracy and relevance before use\nApply AI tools to improve detection tuning, threat hunting, automation management, response quality, customer engagement, and operational efficiency across onboarding, maintenance reviews, configuration-health activities, ticket triage, detection-rate analysis, and customer-requested investigations \nShare AI-driven best practices with SmartHunt, Customer Success, Product, Threat Intelligence, and other cross-functional teams to improve customer experience, strengthen detection outcomes, increase analyst productivity, and support scalable execution across the customer lifecycle\nBe Prepared - What You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline is preferred\nAt least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, SOC operations, digital risk protection, fraud and abuse, trust and safety, or a related field\nPractical understanding of phishing, brand impersonation, online piracy, data leakage, credential exposure, and open, deep, or dark web monitoring\nExperience with alert or ticket triage, investigation workflows, detection tuning, automation, or case-management platforms\nAbility to analyze patterns, identify detection gaps, reduce false positives, and translate findings into practical configuration changes\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical findings to customers and non-technical stakeholders\nAbility to manage multiple customer requests, prioritize work, and meet defined service-level expectations\nDemonstrated attention to detail when reviewing platform configurations, cases, indicators, and operational metrics\nComfortable working independently in a distributed, cross-functional, and multicultural environment\nWillingness to learn the Axur platform and develop expertise in SmartHunt playbooks and workflows\nPractical experience using AI tools and copilots to support threat intelligence and digital risk protection workflows, including customer and account research, case and meeting summarization, customer communications, translation, reporting, and analysis of detections, tickets, and operational data\nAbility to leverage AI to improve analyst productivity and decision-making across customer engagement, onboarding, configuration-health reviews, detection tuning, automation management, threat hunting, and customer-requested investigations, while applying sound judgement and validating outputs before use\nExperience applying AI to accelerate customer preparation, platform-tuning recommendations, service reporting, case follow-up, detection-gap analysis, and execution of customer action plans across the SmartHunt lifecycle\nBe Successful - Your Path\nFirst 90 Days: Immerse yourself in Infoblox, Exposure Management, and SmartHunt by completing training on the Axur platform, customer workflows, configuration standards, and core playbooks. Shadow experienced analysts across configuration reviews, automation management, detection-rate analysis, and customer support while building relationships with SmartHunt, Customer Success, Product and Threat Intelligence stakeholders.\nSix Months: Independently manage assigned configuration-health reviews, automation activities, and detection-rate investigations while maintaining high-quality ticket analysis, threat hunting, platform tuning, and customer communications. Identify and implement opportunities to improve detection coverage, reduce false positives, and increase automation effectiveness.\nOne Year: Serve as a trusted Threat Intelligence Analyst - SmartHunt for assigned customers and internal stakeholders while contributing to playbook improvements, knowledge sharing, and service-quality initiatives.
