You will join us to build a structured process from the ground up, rather than maintain an established one.\nOur current projects and work in development include AI tools for marketing, INFOBUS Hub (a management portal), development with AI agents, and a prototype AI voice agent for customer support.\n\nYour background may be in Project or Delivery Management, Product, Operations, or Business Analysis. What matters is that you have personally launched AI solutions and can demonstrate them in action.\nResponsibilities:\n\n50% of your time — Hands-on development and automation:Build and configure automations using n8n, Make, and Claude Code;\n\nWrite task instructions for AI agents and prepare test cases;\n\nLaunch solutions in close collaboration with an AI Engineer.\n25% of your time — Measurement and portfolio management:Establish baseline metrics before each project starts and define checkpoints and stop criteria;\n\nStop experiments promptly if post-launch metrics show no improvement.\n25% of your time — People and culture:Train and support “AI guides” across company departments;\n\nDiscover and introduce new AI tools and approaches, and run demos for teams.\nRequirements:\n\nExperience: 2+ years in Project Management, Delivery, Product, Business Analysis, or Operations.\n\nHands-on portfolio: AI solutions you have personally launched and can demonstrate. Practical results matter more than years of experience.\n\nPrompt engineering: Ability to write clear instructions that enable AI agents to complete tasks correctly on the first attempt, without unnecessary follow-up questions.\n\nArchitectural understanding: Ability to explain to a developer why an agent needs a specific tool rather than simply a longer prompt.\n\nBusiness mindset: Ability to quantify financial impact and understand why hours saved do not automatically translate into direct profit.\n\nNice to have:\n\nExperience in travel, e-commerce, or customer support.\n\nHands-on experience training colleagues and facilitating their use of AI tools.\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nA competitive compensation based on the interview results, plus a bonus for each successful launch with a verified business impact, measured against pre-launch results.\n\nWork format: fully remote work from any country, preferably within European time zones and no more than two hours ahead of or behind Kyiv; a five-day working week with two days off and a flexible start time.\n\nTools and professional development:Full access to the AI tools you need for work, with company-funded business plans;\n\nA separate monthly budget for testing new models and services;\n\nCoverage of relevant course and conference expenses.\nCulture: An experiment that is measured and stopped at the right time is a valid outcome.
