cloud-native solutions that align with business and technology objectives.\n\nKey Result Areas and Activities : \n\nCloud Architecture & Solution Design : \n\n- Design end-to-end cloud architectures leveraging GCP services and industry best practices.\n\n- Develop High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and architecture roadmaps.\n\n- Ensure solutions meet scalability, reliability, security, and performance requirements.\n\nTechnical Leadership & Governance : \n\n- Provide architectural guidance to development and delivery teams.\n\n- Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to defined technology standards.\n\n- Drive technical decision-making across project phases.\n\nSolution Delivery Support : \n\n- Partner with engineering teams throughout development, testing, and deployment activities.\n\n- Support implementation planning and resolution of complex technical challenges.\n\n- Ensure architecture alignment during solution build and deployment.\n\nCloud Security, Performance & Optimization : \n\n- Define cloud security controls, governance standards, and operational best practices.\n\n- Drive performance tuning, availability, reliability, and cost optimization initiatives.\n\n- Establish monitoring and observability frameworks.\n\nStakeholder Management & Collaboration : \n\n- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering leaders.\n\n- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\n- Communicate architectural vision, risks, and recommendations to project stakeholders.\n\nTech Stack : \n\n- Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Composer, GKE, Terraform, Python, Java, Scala.\n\nQualifications : \n\n- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years in cloud architecture roles.\n\n- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale cloud transformation, modernization, or migration initiatives.\n\n- Experience working closely with development teams across the software delivery lifecycle.\n\nQualities : \n\n- Strong problem-solving, analytical mindset, and ownership-driven focus.\n\n- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring-oriented leadership skills.\n\n- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.\n\n- Commitment to continuous learning and innovation.\n\nSkills\nCloud
