The role is responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise BI platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, governance, and compliance. The administrator will oversee user and license management, capacity monitoring, disaster recovery testing, incident response, and operational reporting. \n\nAdditionally, the role will monitor release updates, maintain operations manuals, and collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver a stable, secure, and well-governed BI environment.\n\nThe candidate must be open to work in ad hoc shift (2 PM to 11 PM IST).\n\nWork Location : India (Infocepts location)\n\nType of Employment : FTE\n\nKey Result Areas and Activities : \n\n- Operational Excellence : Maintain 99%+ uptime for Power BI and Domo platforms, with timely incident response and resolution.\n\n- Governance & Compliance : Ensure proper license management, inactive/terminated user handling, and stale content clean-up.\n\n- Performance & Capacity : Proactively monitor and manage gateway clusters, storage, and capacity to avoid service disruptions.\n\n- Disaster Recovery Readiness : Conduct annual DR testing and ensure remediation activities are tracked and completed.\n\n- Documentation & Process Improvements : Maintain updated SOPs and Operations Manuals with clear process ownership and continuous improvements.\n\n- Stakeholder Communication : Provide clear reporting of monthly operational data and highlight relevant release changes for business impact.\n\n- Security & Risk Mitigation : Ensure timely vulnerability remediation, DR testing, and certificate renewals.\n\nEssential Skills : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI Administration (primary skill).\n\n- Experience with Power BI Gateways (setup, upgrades, vulnerability remediation, DR testing).\n\n- License management, capacity monitoring, and user lifecycle management.\n\n- Content governance/management (stale content cleanup, enterprise data mapping).\n\n- Incident response and troubleshooting of BI platforms.\n\n- PowerShell scripting for administration and automation.\n\n- Strong documentation skills including SOPs and Operations Manual updates.\n\n- Excellent verbal and written communication;
