Vous contribuez à définir la stratégie d'automatisation, à structurer les solutions techniques et à accompagner les équipes applicatives dans l'amélioration continue de la qualité de nos produits digitaux Front-end et Back-end.\nDéfinir les standards et les bonnes pratiques d'automatisation afin de garantir la cohérence et la maintenabilité des tests.\nConcevoir et faire évoluer les frameworks de tests automatisés (UI, API, performance) en privilégiant la robustesse, la réutilisabilité et la fiabilité.\nIndustrialiser les tests automatisés en les intégrant aux pipelines CI/CD et en optimisant leur exécution.\nApporter une expertise technique transverse aux équipes applicatives dans la conception des tests, l'amélioration de la testabilité et la résolution des problématiques complexes.\nAnalyser les résultats et optimiser les dispositifs de test afin de limiter les régressions et d'améliorer la qualité des livraisons.\nContribuer à l'amélioration continue des outils, des frameworks et des pratiques d'automatisation, en assurant une veille technologique.\nProfil recherché\nStack technique\nAutomatisation des tests : Playwright, Cypress, Selenium.\nProgrammation : JavaScript / TypeScript, Java ou Python.\nTests API : Postman, Bruno.\nCI/CD et versioning : GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git.\nFrameworks et pratiques QA : architecture de tests, clean code, BDD (Gherkin/Cucumber), tests de régression.\nGestion des tests : Jira, Xray.\nTests de performance : JMeter ou Gatling.\nUne expérience dans la conception de frameworks d'automatisation, la définition de standards techniques et l'optimisation des pipelines CI/CD est particulièrement recherchée.\n\nLa maîtrise des compétences techniques clés mentionnées dans cette offre est indispensable pour ce poste.
