In this role, you will be responsible for verifying supplier invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely payment processing. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where accuracy, organization, and strong stakeholder communication are key to success.\nYOU WILL\nVerify and process supplier invoices within the assigned area of responsibility.\nEnsure accurate data entry and compliance with internal procedures.\nCommunicate professionally with suppliers regarding invoices, payments, and account-related matters.\nPrepare and perform supplier account reconciliations in a timely manner.\nResolve supplier queries, complaints, reminders, and invoice status requests.\nMaintain and approve creditor information within the creditor database.\nProvide accurate updates to internal stakeholders regarding payment statuses.\nSupport business continuity by performing backup tasks for colleagues when required.\nPrepare weekly work progress reports.\nParticipate in month-end closing activities and related reporting.\nMaintain confidentiality of financial and business information.\nPrepare ad hoc statistical reports and analyses.\nPerform additional accounts payable activities assigned by the supervisor.\nMUST HAVE\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nGood understanding of basic accounting principles.\nGood knowledge of MS Excel.\nStrong time management and organizational skills.\nGood command of English (Intermediate level or higher).\nMore than 3 years of relevant professional experience in accounts payable or accounting.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nStrong sense of responsibility and self-discipline.\nTeam-oriented approach and good interpersonal skills.\nNICE TO HAVE\nKnowledge of an additional European language.\nExperience working with supplier reconciliations and vendor communication.\nPrevious experience handling high-volume invoice
