SUMMARY Kraków (Hybrid - 2 days in the office / 3 days remote) Mid PROJECT We are looking for an Accounts Payable Controller to join an international finance team and support end-to-end accounts payable processes. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying supplier invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely payment processing. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where accuracy, organization, and strong stakeholder communication are key to success. YOU WILL Verify and process supplier invoices within the assigned area of responsibility. Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with internal procedures. Communicate professionally with suppliers regarding invoices, payments, and account-related matters. Prepare and perform supplier account reconciliations in a timely manner. Resolve supplier queries, complaints, reminders, and invoice status requests. Maintain and approve creditor information within the creditor database.
