This role combines platform engineering, automation, orchestration, and DevOps practices, offering the opportunity to work with modern technologies such as Kubernetes, Kafka, and Airflow in a global environment.\nYOU WILL\nDeliver a Proof of Concept for an open-source workload automation platform and support its evolution into a scalable, production-ready solution.\nBuild, maintain, and optimize containerized platforms and services running on Kubernetes.\nDesign, implement, and operate workload automation and orchestration solutions, including scheduling and data-processing workflows.\nDevelop and maintainCI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation processes.\nPromote DevOps best practices focused on reliability, observability, repeatability, and security.\nCollaborate with globally distributed teams and take ownership of technical outcomes.\nContribute to testing activities, including automation, integration testing, and release validation.\nSupport the continuous improvement of platform stability, scalability, and operational excellence.\nMUST HAVE\n5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering.\nHands-on experience managing and operating Kubernetes environments in production.\nExperience with at least one of the following areas: Workload Automation, Kafka, Apache Airflow.\nStrong programming or scripting skills in Python, Java, or similar technologies.\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipeline s.\nStrong communication skills and experience working with distributed teams across multiple locations.\nSolid understanding of testing practices, including automation, integration testing, and quality-focused delivery.\nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience with Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.\nExperience transforming Proofs of Concept into production-grade solutions.\nKnowledge of platform scaling, automation, monitoring, and security hardening.\nFamiliarity with observability and operational monitoring practices.\nOUR OFFER\n Benefits: Extended medical care (over 2000 medical facilities in Poland, 80 in Kraków) for you and your family;
