transformation and lifecycle management initiatives across a global technology environment.\nThe role focuses on infrastructure evergreening, data centre transformation, and storage modernisation, ensuring secure, reliable, and controlled delivery from project initiation through implementation and operational handover.\nYou will\nLead infrastructure projects end-to-end, managing scope, timelines, resources, quality, and delivery outcomes.\nDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and cross-team dependencies.\nCoordinate global teams, internal stakeholders, and external delivery partners.\nManage project governance, risks, issues, dependencies, change control, and escalations.\nPrepare executive-level status reports and updates for senior stakeholders and steering committees.\nManage project budgets, financial forecasts, expenditure tracking, and variance reporting.\nUse Clarity and Excel to maintain project plans, financial data, resource information, and reporting.\nCoordinate implementation, cutover, and operational handover activities.\nEnsure operational readiness, documentation, support arrangements, and acceptance criteria are in place.\nDrive stakeholder alignment and ensure compliance with technology governance and control requirements.\nMust have\nStrong experience managing technology infrastructure projects, particularly in data centres, storage, or core infrastructure\nProven track record of end-to-end project delivery in complex, global environments\nExperience coordinating matrixed teams without direct line management responsibility\nKnowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies\nStrong financial management skills, including forecasting, budget tracking, and variance management\nExperience with project governance, RAID management, dependency tracking, and change control\nProficiency in Clarity and Excel, including project planning and reporting\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to communicate complex technical topics clearly to senior stakeholders\nFluent in English and Polish\nNice to have\nExperience with infrastructure evergreening, hardware refresh, and technology lifecycle management\nExperience with data centre moves, rationalisation, resilience improvements, or storage migrations\nExperience working with Infrastructure, Architecture, Security, Risk, Finance, and Service Management teams\nKnowledge of operational readiness, implementation planning, and service
