in line with internal procedures.\nEnter and maintain invoice data accurately within financial systems.\nCommunicate professionally with suppliers regarding invoice status, payments, and inquiries.\nPrepare and perform supplier account reconciliations.\nResolve invoice discrepancies, reminders, complaints, and payment-related queries.\nProvide timely updates to internal stakeholders on payment statuses.\nSupport month-end closing activities and related reporting tasks.\nPrepare weekly progress updates and ad hoc statistical reports.\nMaintain confidentiality of financial information and documentation.\nProvide backup support for team members when required.\nPerform other accounts payable tasks assigned by the supervisor.\nMUST HAVE\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nUnderstanding of basic accounting principles.\nGood knowledge ofMS Excel.\nGood command of English (Intermediate level or higher).\nAround 1 year of relevant professional experience.\nStrong time management and organizational skills.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nResponsibility and self-discipline.\nTeam-oriented mindset.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nNICE TO HAVE\nPrevious experience working with supplier invoicing or accounts payable processes.\nExperience handling a high volume of transactions and
