benchmarking, analysis, and tuning to optimise Kafka clusters.\nTroubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventative improvements.\nCollaborate with globally distributed engineering teams and stakeholders.\n\nKogo poszukujemy?\nMUST HAVE\nStrong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and/or Confluent Kafka.\nDeep understanding of Kafka architecture, including brokers, ZooKeeper/KRaft, Kafka Connect, and Schema Registry.\nPractical experience with Kubernetes and containerised infrastructure.\nExperience administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting production Kafka clusters.\nKnowledge of Kafka Connect, including connectors, workers, tasks, converters, and SMTs.\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and infrastructure automation.\nKnowledge of monitoring, performance tuning, and incident management.\nFamiliarity with DevOps tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.\nVery good English communication skills and ability to work in a global environment.\nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience integrating Kafka with MQ, Splunk, MongoDB, or GCP Pub/Sub.\nExperience with Kafka performance benchmarking and capacity planning.\nKnowledge of scripting languages used for infrastructure automation.\nExperience working with globally distributed
