You will work with technologies such as OpenShift, Kubernetes, Argo CD, GitOps, and Python, collaborating with internal engineering teams and Red Hat Support to maintain and optimize the container platform.\nYOU WILL\nAdminister, maintain, and troubleshootRed Hat OpenShift Container Platform clusters in an on-premises environment.\nSupport OpenShift cluster operations, maintenance, and lifecycle management, ensuring platform stability and reliability.\nInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve OpenShift-related incidents and technical issues.\nCollaborate directly withRed Hat Support and external technical teams to resolve complex platform issues.\nManage and configure OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF), including storage troubleshooting, storage types, and S3 quota workarounds.\nWork with Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (ACM) to support cluster operations.\nImplement and maintain GitOps workflows using Argo CD.\nDevelop and maintain Python scripts to automate GitOps API operations.\nParticipate inIncident Management, handling operational tickets and resolving platform-related issues.\nTake part in half-day incident support shifts as part of the team.\nMUST HAVE\nMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience administering and managing Red Hat OpenShift clusters.\nPractical experience with OpenShift cluster administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.\nExperience working with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform in on-premises environments.\nGood understanding of Kubernetes architecture and core concepts.\nHands-on experience with Argo CD and GitOps principles.\nGood knowledge ofLinux operating systems and container technologies.\nBasic to intermediatePython scripting skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with Red Hat Support and external technical teams.\nWillingness to participate inhalf-day incident support shifts.\nGood command of English, including the ability to discuss technical issues with external support teams.\nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience with OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF), including storage configuration, troubleshooting, and S3-related operations.\nFamiliarity with Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (ACM).\nExperience developing Python-based automation for GitOps APIs.\nKnowledge of OpenShift cluster lifecycle management, including upgrades and platform maintenance.\nExperience working in environments with structured Incident Management processes.\nOUR OFFER\n Benefits: Extended medical care (over 2000 medical facilities in Poland, 80 in Kraków) for you and your family;
