The role combines production support, Linux/Unix, SQL, Kubernetes, monitoring and automation, with a strong focus on reducing manual effort and improving service resilience.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex production environments, automation, and working with modern infrastructure technologies.\nYou will\nMonitor and support critical production applications, responding to incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs\n\nTroubleshoot production issues using logs, monitoring dashboards, SQL data and application behaviour\n\nInvestigate incidents in Unix/Linux environments using standard command-line tools.\n\nCoordinate recovery activities with development, engineering and infrastructure teams.\n\nParticipate in root cause analysis and post-incident reviews\n\nImprove monitoring, reduce alert noise and increase operational resilience\n\nCreate and maintain operational documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles\n\nAutomate repetitive operational tasks using Bash, PowerShell or Python\n\nDevelop simple tools and scripts that improve team efficiency\n\nUse AI productivity tools such as Copilot or Claude to support automation, documentation and operational analysis\n\nSupport deployments, patching, disaster recovery exercises and platform maintenance\n\nReview operational readiness of changes and identify potential production support risks\n\nCommunicate service status and recovery progress to relevant stakeholders\n\nMust have\n4+ years of experience in Production Support, Application Support or IT Operations, preferably within financial services\n\nHands-on knowledge of Unix/Linux, including log analysis and application troubleshooting\n\nAbility to write and troubleshoot SQL queries\n\nScripting experience with Bash, PowerShell or Python\n\nPractical experience supporting and maintaining Kubernetes environments\n\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus or similar\n\nGood understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and distributed applications\n\nWorking knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes\n\nExperience improving operational processes through automation and continuous improvement\n\nPractical experience with AI productivity tools such as Copilot, Claude or similar\n\nVery good English and strong communication skills\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with global teams\n\nNice to have\nKnowledge of payment systems or payment processing\n\nExperience with Oracle, Kafka, MQ or WebSphere\n\nExperience supporting Disaster Recovery exercises\n\nITIL certification\n\nOur offer\nRelocation package (4500 PLN total value), paid in three installments (1500 PLN per month) in case your permanent presence in the office is mandatory, and you need to relocate from another city\n\nBenefits: Extended medical care (over 2000 medical facilities in Poland, 80 in Kraków) for you and your family;
