You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of applications that support airline operations and flight dispatch teams worldwide.\nWorking closely with Engineering, Product, Delivery, and Customer Success teams, you will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites to validate new features and system integrations. You will contribute throughout the software development lifecycle by performing functional and non-functional testing, identifying potential risks, and driving continuous quality improvements.\nThis role requires strong test automation skills, a quality-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.\nYOU WILL\nDevelop, maintain, and execute manual and automated tests that support various airline operations and business processes.\nDesign, build, and improve test automation frameworks to increase test coverage, efficiency, and scalability.\nDevelop and maintain test tools, scripts, and automation solutions using various programming and scripting languages.\nWorking closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are met.\nBuild and use automation tools that supportCI/CD pipelines and the software release management process.\nCollaborate with Development, Product, and DevOps teams to promote quality best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.\nMUST HAVE\n5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on test automation.\nHands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and test suites.\nProficiency in programming languages such as TypeScript and Java, with a focus on test automation and quality engineering.\nPractical experience with Playwright for UI and end-to-end test automation.\nExperience with API testing and validation.\nExperience working with CI/CD platforms.\nExperience testing applications deployed in cloud environments, preferably AWS and Kubernetes.\nStrong understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and quality assurance best practices.\nExperience with test automation in Agile and DevOps environments.\nAbility to use AI-powered tools effectively to improve test design, test automation development, defect analysis, and overall engineering productivity.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a quality-focused and data-driven mindset.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nProactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset.\nNICE TO HAVE\nKnowledge of performance and load testing using k6 or similar tools.\nExperience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for managing and validating cloud-based environments.\nExperience with C# and .NET\nOUR OFFER\n Benefits: Extended medical care (over 2000 medical facilities in Poland, 80 in Kraków) for you and your family;
