software engineering experience with at least one of the following:Java\nKotlin\nNode.js\n\nProven experience building and delivering automation, reusable templates, reference implementations, developer tooling, or onboarding solutions.\nGood understanding of Developer Experience (DevEx) and how standardisation and automation can simplify software delivery.\nExperience creating reusable engineering patterns or solutions that can be adopted across multiple teams.\nStrong production engineering mindset, including security, resilience, observability, and supportability.\nAbility to create clear and practical technical documentation, how-to guides, and examples.\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across multiple engineering, platform, architecture, and product teams.\nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience working in Platform Engineering, Developer Experience, or Internal Developer Platforms.\nExperience creating golden paths / paved
