The role combines infrastructure engineering, automation, production support, and reliability, with a strong focus on security and enterprise-grade engineering practices.\nYOU WILL\nBuild and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for on-prem infrastructure, including compute, storage, network, OS, and database components.\nDevelop reusable automation modules and templates using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.\nAutomate OS and database provisioning, configuration, patching, hardening, and compliance activities\nDesign and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and platform automation\nImplement pipeline controls including approvals, audit trails, secrets management, and change traceability.\nWork with OS/DB Patching and Platform Engineering teams to automate infrastructure operations and reduce manual work.\nCreate infrastructure monitoring, alerts, and dashboards focused on availability, performance, capacity, and deployment success.\nParticipate in incident management and on-call/rota support\nPerform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement automated fixes to prevent recurring incidents\nContribute to code reviews, documentation, runbooks, operating procedures, and continuous improvement of engineering practices\nMUST HAVE\nStrong experience with Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure automation\nHands-on experience with Ansible or similar configuration management tools\nExperience with Terraform or equivalent IaC tooling\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure or platform changes\nStrong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell\nStrong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills\nUnderstanding of database infrastructure and operational processes such as provisioning, configuration, patching, backup, and restore\nExperience with Git, branching strategies, and code review workflows\nGood understanding of infrastructure security, including secrets management and least-privilege access\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nGood English communication skills and ability to work across engineering and operations teams\nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience with Docker and/or Kubernetes\nExperience with observability tools and SRE practices, including metrics, logs, traces, SLIs/SLOs, and error budgets\nExperience with policy-as-code and compliance automation\nExperience integrating automation with ITSM/change management processes\nKnowledge of enterprise tooling such as artifact repositories, secrets vaults, and CMDB\nExperience working in financial services or other regulated environments\nOUR OFFER\n The relocation package (4500 PLN total value) is paid in three installments (1500 PLN per month) if your permanent office presence is mandatory and you need to relocate from another city.\n Benefits: Extended medical care (over 2000 medical facilities in Poland, 80 in Kraków) for you and your family;
