The role combines system engineering, customer requirements analysis, technical coordination and hands-on feature validation in an automotive environment.\nYou will\nCreate and maintain technical documentation for Body Control Module (BCM) ECUs\nTake end-to-end ownership of assigned features, from requirements through implementation and delivery\nAnalyse customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications\nDefine product parameters and functionality according to customer requirements\nSupport calibration and tuning of final features on the relevant vehicle line\nCoordinate different engineering teams, competencies and vendors to ensure correct feature implementation\nAnalyse feature performance during test drives and support troubleshooting\nWork closely with software and test engineers throughout the development lifecycle\nParticipate in system reviews and project meetings\nMaintain regular technical communication with customers\nContribute to technical innovations and organisational improvement programmes\nEnsure delivery according to quality standards and project schedules\nContinuously develop technical and professional expertise\nMust have\n10+ years of professional experience in system engineering or a related automotive engineering role\nMaster's degree in Electronics, Computer Science or a related technical field\nProfessional experience in the automotive industry\nStrong understanding of automotive electronics\nKnowledge of electronics fundamentals and electronic measurement\nUnderstanding of microcontrollers and software programming\nExperience working with customer requirements and technical specifications\nStrong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting\nAbility to coordinate and collaborate with multiple technical teams and external partners\nGood English communication skills\nStrong teamwork and communication skills\nGood knowledge of MS Office\nWillingness and ability to travel\nNice to have\nKnowledge of Functional Safety (FuSa)\nKnowledge of ADAS systems and features\nBasic knowledge of Python\nExperience with automotive ECU development\nExperience supporting feature calibration, tuning and validation\nExperience working directly with automotive customers and suppliers\nOur offer\nBenefits: Extended medical care (over 2000 medical facilities in Poland, 80 in Kraków) for you and your family;
