You will work closely with software and test engineers, internal engineering teams, suppliers, and the customer.\nYOU WILL\nTake end-to-end ownership of assigned vehicle features, ensuring correct alignment, implementation, testing, and delivery\nAnalyse customer requirements and technical specifications\nDefine feature parameters, functionality, and technical requirements based on customer expectations\nCreate and maintain technical documentation for vehicle functions\nCoordinate engineering teams, different competencies, and external vendors to ensure successful feature implementation\nWork closely with software and test engineers throughout the development process\nAnalyse feature performance during test drives and vehicle testing\nSupport calibration and tuning of the final feature for the corresponding vehicle line\nParticipate in system reviews, technical discussions, and project meetings\nMaintain direct communication with the customer regarding technical and project-related topics\nSupport technical innovations and continuous improvement initiatives\nEnsure engineering activities are delivered according to required quality standards and project schedules\nMUST HAVE\nMaster’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field\nGood understanding of electronics and electronic measurement fundamentals\nFamiliarity with microcontrollers and software programming\nMethodical and analytical approach to problem solving\nVery good English communication skills\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams\nGood knowledge of MS Office\nWillingness and ability to travel\nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience with automotive electronics\nPrevious experience in the automotive industry\nKnowledge of ADAS systems and vehicle features\nKnowledge of Functional Safety (FuSa)\nBasic knowledge of Python\nOUR OFFER\n The relocation package (4500 PLN total value) is paid in three installments (1500 PLN per month) if your permanent office presence is mandatory and you need to relocate from another city.\n Benefits: Extended medical care (over 2000 medical facilities in Poland, 80 in Kraków) for you and your family;
