Hands-on administration of the platforms is not required.\nYou will\nCoordinate the end-to-end VMware vSphere to Red Hat OpenShift migration programme\n\nDevelop and maintain an integrated transition roadmap covering assessment, design, build, migration waves, testing, cutover and decommissioning\n\nCoordinate infrastructure, application, platform, network, storage, security, architecture and operations teams\n\nDefine migration waves, prioritise workloads and coordinate migration activities with minimal business disruption\n\nManage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and decisions\n\nTrack application readiness, technical prerequisites and operational requirements\n\nCoordinate functional, integration, performance, resilience and operational acceptance testing\n\nManage project plans, milestones, deliverables, actions and decision logs\n\nPrepare status reports, steering committee materials and management information\n\nCoordinate change-management activities, ensuring changes are assessed, approved, scheduled and communicated\n\nCoordinate operational handover, including support models, documentation, monitoring, backup, patching and incident procedures\n\nSupport service resilience, sustainability and recovery requirements throughout the migration\n\nEnsure migration activities comply with relevant service management standards and governance requirements\n\nCoordinate engineering changes with a strong focus on customer and user experience\n\nSupport the controlled and auditable decommissioning of legacy infrastructure\n\nCommunicate technical topics clearly and translate them into project-level decisions for senior stakeholders\n\nMust have\nProven experience managing or coordinating complex technology transformation and migration projects in enterprise environments\n\nStrong experience with VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter and virtualisation concepts\n\nStrong understanding of Red Hat OpenShift, including architecture, projects/namespaces, workloads, routes, storage and security concepts\n\nExperience coordinating migrations between virtualisation and container platforms\n\nGood understanding of application dependencies, interfaces, databases, monitoring, backup and recovery requirements\n\nExperience with workload discovery, classification, dependency mapping and readiness assessments\n\nExperience with migration planning, including capacity, performance, security, compliance, cutover, rollback and recovery\n\nStrong dependency and stakeholder management skills\n\nExperience coordinating multiple technical teams and working across organisational boundaries\n\nStrong project governance, reporting and planning skills\n\nExperience coordinating operational handover and service acceptance\n\nUnderstanding of change-management processes in enterprise IT environments\n\nAbility to manage complex projects under challenging timelines\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills\n\nFluent English and Polish \n\nNice to have\nExperience with Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow\n\nKnowledge of financial, licensing and capacity considerations related to infrastructure transformation\n\nExperience with enterprise platform modernisation or legacy infrastructure decommissioning\n\nExperience in service management and operational resilience\n\nKnowledge of German\n\nExperience working in large-scale, globally distributed technology organisations\n\nOur offer\nRelocation package (4500 PLN total value), paid in three installments (1500 PLN per month) in case your permanent presence in the office is mandatory and you need to relocate from another city\n\nBenefits: Extended medical care (over 2000 medical facilities in Poland, 80 in Kraków) for you and your family;
