managing or coordinating complex technology transformation and migration projects in enterprise environments\nStrong experience with VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter and virtualisation concepts\nStrong understanding of Red Hat OpenShift, including architecture, projects/namespaces, workloads, routes, storage and security concepts\nExperience coordinating migrations between virtualisation and container platforms\nGood understanding of application dependencies, interfaces, databases, monitoring, backup and recovery requirements\nExperience with workload discovery, classification, dependency mapping and readiness assessments\nExperience with migration planning, including capacity, performance, security, compliance, cutover, rollback and recovery\nStrong dependency and stakeholder management skills\nExperience coordinating multiple technical teams and working across organisational boundaries\nStrong project governance, reporting and planning skills\nExperience coordinating operational handover and service acceptance\nUnderstanding of change-management processes in enterprise IT environments\nAbility to manage complex projects under challenging timelines\nStrong
