You will work closely with Content Partnerships, Marketing, Design, and Backend Engineering to identify friction, define the right solutions, and deliver high-impact improvements.\nWhat You Will Do\nOwn and improve the end-to-end product experience for content partners, creators, and studios\n\nMap and optimise key partner workflows, including partner applications, onboarding, content submission, publishing, status tracking, and related processes\n\nTurn partner feedback, operational pain points, and business needs into clear product problems and prioritised solutions\n\nIndependently implement selected solutions, such as internal tools, workflow automations, integrations, prototypes, or partner-facing improvements\n\nWork closely with Backend Engineering to define scalable systems, workflows, integrations, and self-service tools\n\nPartner with Content and Marketing to improve partner acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention\n\nDefine product requirements, success metrics, user stories, and delivery priorities\n\nLead product discovery and validate opportunities through qualitative feedback, data, and market research\n\nOwn the roadmap for content-partner-facing initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nProduct Management experience in a digital product environment\n\nHands-on development experience, including building production features, internal tools, automations, integrations, or technical prototypes\n\nExperience owning products or workflows connected to creators, partners, marketplaces, platforms, UGC, media, or SaaS\n\nStrong technical understanding and confidence working closely with Backend Engineering teams\n\nAbility to translate complex operational workflows into clear, scalable product solutions\n\nExperience with product discovery, roadmap ownership, prioritisation, and delivery\n\nHigh ownership, structured thinking, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment\n\nStrong product judgement around AI: you can distinguish a meaningful product advantage from a feature that only sounds innovative\n\nFluency in English and Russian\n\nBonus Points\nExperience with video, streaming, creator, affiliate, marketplace, or platform products\n\nProduct engineering, backend, full-stack, or automation background\n\nHiring Process\nHR screening (30 min)\n\nTeam Interview (1 hour)\n\nCase Task (2-4 hours)\n\nCEO Interview (45 min)\n\nExplore our hiring process\nWhat We Offer\nPlease note: fully remote contract role.
