You will deliver new products for leading VR video streaming company from scratch and be a center of expertise for both dev and business teams.\nWhat You Will Do\nShape the long-term vision for new products and define how they stand out in the market of immersive products\n\nLead the product discovery process to validate product-market fit\n\nDevelop a strong value proposition for new products across different customer segments\n\nOwn and manage a cross-platform product roadmap\n\nWork closely with engineering teams to define problems clearly and assist with solution design, delivery, and iteration\n\nIdentify and validate new opportunities to extend products impact\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nExperience owning product discovery, prioritisation, and delivery, ideally for B2C products such as recommendation systems or apps\n\nExperience with ML-based systems such as recommendation engines, personalization, or data-driven products\n\nProven track record of managing and delivering complex technical products\n\nExceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with CxO-level stakeholders effectively\n\nTrack record of customer-centric thinking and the ability to translate user problems into product opportunities\n\nThe ability to work through both the discovery and delivery phases of product development\n\nLeadership qualities that inspire and guide multiple development teams towards achieving product goals\n\nExperience working with AI-driven products or immersive media technologies is a plus\n\nFluency in English, Russian\n\nBonus Points\n2+ years of hands-on engineering experience (Backend, ML, DevOps Engineer or related)\n\nExperience working with streaming platforms\n\nAdvanced skills of SQL\n\nExperience working in start-up environment\n\nHiring Process\nHR screening (30 min)\n\nTeam Interview (1 hour)\n\nCase Task (2-4 hours)\n\nCEO Interview (45 min)\n\nExplore our hiring process\nWhat We Offer\nPlease note: fully remote contract role.
