The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Entra ID, Intune, migrations, PowerShell, and Microsoft 365 security and compliance.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.\n\n- Manage user lifecycle operations including provisioning, mailbox management, groups, permissions, delegations, shared mailboxes, and resource mailboxes.\n\n- Plan and execute tenant-to-tenant and workload migrations involving mailboxes, SharePoint sites, and OneDrive data.\n\n- Handle migration assessment, cutover planning, user communication, post-migration validation, and issue resolution.\n\n- Maintain Microsoft 365 security and compliance controls including MFA, Conditional Access, retention policies, eDiscovery, auditing, and secure sharing.\n\n- Support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment coordination, and troubleshooting.\n\n- Perform monthly Microsoft 365 license utilization reviews and optimize license assignments based on business requirements.\n\n- Drive license cost optimization through license right-sizing, reclaiming unused licenses, and optimizing SKU usage.\n\n- Manage employee offboarding and ensure appropriate backup and retention of mailbox, OneDrive, and SharePoint data.\n\n- Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft 365 incidents and service requests.\n\n- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and change management activities.\n\n- Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, service health reports, migration documentation, and license optimization reports.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications :\n\nMicrosoft 365 / O365 :\n\n- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration.\n\n- Experience managing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.\n\n- Experience supporting medium to large enterprise environments with 1,000+ users is preferred.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center.\n\nExchange Online :\n\n- Strong knowledge of mailbox management, shared/resource mailboxes, mail flow, transport rules, and anti-spam policies.\n\n- Experience with permissions, delegations, and Exchange Online troubleshooting.\n\nSharePoint & OneDrive :\n\n- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and OneDrive administration.\n\n- Knowledge of permissions, external sharing controls, governance, and data management.\n\nEntra ID / Identity :\n\n- Good understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD).\n\n- Experience with user and group administration, authentication, MFA, Conditional Access, and RBAC.\n\nIntune :\n\n- Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.\n\n- Experience with device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment coordination, and endpoint troubleshooting.\n\nMigration :\n\n- Experience in tenant-to-tenant and/or Microsoft 365 workload migrations.\n\n- Ability to handle migration planning, assessment, cutover, rollback planning, communication, and post-migration validation.\n\nPowerShell & Automation :\n\n- Proficiency in PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration and automation is preferred.\n\n- Ability to automate administrative tasks and generate reports.\n\nSecurity & Compliance :\n\n- Understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance controls.\n\n- Knowledge of retention policies, eDiscovery, auditing, secure sharing, MFA, and Conditional Access.\n\nLicense Management :\n\n- Strong analytical skills for license utilization tracking.\n\n- Experience with license right-sizing, SKU optimization, unused license reclamation, and monthly savings reporting.\n\nGeneral :\n\n- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Good incident and problem management discipline.\n\n- Strong documentation and SOP writing skills.\n\n- Good stakeholder communication skills.\n\n- Ability to work under IT governance and change management processes.\n\nEducational Qualification :\n\n- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nPreferred Certifications :\n\n- Microsoft Certified: Administrator -
