more of the following (as per project focus):\nWorkload automation, Kafka, Airflow.\n\nStrong coding/scripting capability (e.g. Python, Java, or similar).\n\nStrong communication skills (working across time zones and diverse teams).\n\nTesting experience (building quality into delivery, not only “after the fact”).\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with DevOps tooling such as Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub (and/or GitHub Actions).\n\nExperience building PoCs into production-grade deployments (scaling, hardening, automation, monitoring).\n\nTech
