In this role, you will support one of our major clients by delivering a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) training programme of more than 40 modules at two large industrial sites. The aim of every session is lasting behaviour change: people who spot hazards, speak up, stop work when it is unsafe and follow safe systems of work on the shop floor.\nWhat you'll do\nDeliver 40+ safety modules, covering general safety content and safety tool training, in classroom, practical and on-site settings.\n\nLearn the client's tools and procedures through the induction provided, and reach sign-off on each module within the agreed timeframe.\n\nAdapt your delivery to mixed audiences, including operators, technicians, contractors and supervisors with different levels of English and literacy.\n\nUse facilitation, real scenarios and practical demonstration to build hazard awareness and safe decision-making.\n\nCoach learners to challenge unsafe acts, use stop-work authority and report near misses.\n\nReinforce learning through follow-up sessions, toolbox talks and on-site observations.\n\nAssess knowledge and practical competence, and report behaviour and learning trends to the Lead.\n\nKeep attendance, assessment and completion records accurate in the LMS (PeopleFluent).\n\nMake sure training meets company procedures, UAE federal requirements and, for Abu Dhabi, ADOSH-SF.\n\nSupport Emiratisation objectives through the training and coaching of UAE National employees.\n\nRequirements\nWhat you bring\nA degree in Engineering or Science.\n\nNEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or a similar recognised safety qualification.\n\n5 to 15 years in manufacturing operations or maintenance, with a background in safety management, HSE or technical training delivery.\n\nExperience in an industrial sector such as aluminium, steel, oil and gas, petrochemicals or heavy manufacturing. Candidates from other industrial sectors are welcome.\n\nProven experience delivering training to adult, shop-floor audiences.\n\nExcellent written and spoken English.\n\nA confident, engaging facilitation style, with coaching skills that change how people behave on-site.\n\nComfort using an LMS and Microsoft Office.\n\nA valid UAE driving licence, and eligibility to live and work in the UAE.\n\nPreferred: IOSH and/or ISO 45001, ADOSH-SF OSH Practitioner registration (or eligibility), a Train the Trainer qualification, and experience with behaviour-based safety programmes.\n\nThis role supports a dedicated client program and will be employed locally in the UAE in alignment with regional employment requirements.\nIf you know how to change how people act on-site and not just what they know, we would like to hear from you. Apply with your CV and an example of training you delivered on the shop floor.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2960,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"All levels","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United Arab Emirates","iso":"AE","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Corporate Training","E-learning"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-07T23:01:34Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":69,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.768,"p_room":0.9,"age_days":26,"expected_fill_days":45,"reasons":["conf:2","win:mid"],"computed_at":"2026-11-03T05:54:40Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/infopro-learning-hse-trainer-on-site-uae-uae-based-candidates-only","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/infopro-learning-hse-trainer-on-site-uae-uae-based-candidates-only.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-03T21:15:19Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":315,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-04T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":678413},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=678413"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Finfopro-learning-hse-trainer-on-site-uae-uae-based-candidates-only"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Finfopro-learning-hse-trainer-on-site-uae-uae-based-candidates-only"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Finfopro-learning-hse-trainer-on-site-uae-uae-based-candidates-only"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/infopro-learning-hse-trainer-on-site-uae-uae-based-candidates-only\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Finfopro-learning-hse-trainer-on-site-uae-uae-based-candidates-only"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":2054394}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"infoprolearning.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":2054394},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
