components including VPC, IAM, EC2, S3, networking, and security controls\nSupport and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning, operational workflows, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments\nMonitor system health and performance using tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or Prometheus\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues across networking, compute, storage, security, and system integrations\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with application and business needs\nBasic Qualifications:\nProven experience implementing, administering, and supporting SOS Berlin JS7 workload automation\n5+ years of hands-on experience managing cloud environments with strong expertise in AWS (VPC, IAM, networking, security)\nExperience with Windows system administration in a cloud environment (Linux experience is a plus)\nProficiency in PowerShell scripting\nStrong understanding of networking concepts including DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, and secure architectures\nAbility to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment and collaborate effectively across teams\nAvailability to work U.S. business hours during training, with transition to India business hours post onboarding\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect Associate or Professional-level certifications\nExposure to equivalent certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator\nExperience working in enterprise SaaS environments with high availability and scalability
