A Software Consultant, Associate assists clients with the implementation and configuration of software solutions by gathering requirements and collaborating with technical teams for integration. They provide guidance on software functionality, troubleshoot issues, and offer support to ensure operational continuity after implementation. A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

Assess customer needs and recommend software solutions
Gather customer requirements and collaborate with Solution Architect on solution designs
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customizations
Develop functional design specifications and technical designs
Resolve issues by analyzing and addressing challenges
Communicate technical details, status updates, and strategies to customers
Collaborate with global teams within Infor and at the customer

Basic Qualifications:

Experience troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing problems, and formulating solutions or alternative approaches
Experience with business process flows and technical applications
Experience working on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with software implementation processes
Experience with software integration tools or systems (e.g., ERP systems)
