This role is central to ensuring the continuous delivery and stability of Infor's cutting-edge cloud-based enterprise software, including our large-scale ERP SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate has a track record of automating zero-downtime deployments for enterprise-scale software and is equally comfortable operating in AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform alongside our in-house automation tooling.\nA Typical Day in the Life Includes:\n· Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support seamless, zero-downtime delivery of enterprise-scale applications such as ERP SaaS solutions.\n· Build and extend in-house automation tooling to streamline deployments, operational tasks, and developer workflows.\n· Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to support build, test, and deployment automation.\n· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively optimize infrastructure across AWS and Kubernetes environments.\n· Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform (and AWS CloudFormation where applicable) to provision and manage cloud resources.\n· Administer and tune Linux and Windows Server systems supporting production and non-production environments.\n· Contribute to the standardization and automation of development workflows and operational tasks using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.\n· Support application scalability, security, and resilience in alignment with Infor's cloud-first strategy.\n· Participate in on-call rotations and incident response to ensure high availability of services.\n· Document processes, procedures, and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.\nBasic Qualifications:\n· 5-7 Years experience in DevOps, SRE, or related engineering role supporting large enterprise-scale software, ideally ERP or other SaaS solutions.\n· Proven experience automating zero-downtime deployments for high-availability systems.\n· Expert-level scripting ability in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.\n · Extensive experience with Linux and Windows Server system administration.\n · Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps, plus building or maintaining in-house automation tooling.\n· Hands-on experience with AWS and container orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker.\n · Experience developing infrastructure as code with Terraform.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n· AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).\n· Experience working in regulated industries or following compliance frameworks (SOC2, GDPR, etc.).\n· Experience with Agile development practices and tools (JIRA, Confluence).\n· Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).\n· Experience with security best practices in cloud-native
