Processes (Daily Team Collaboration, Planning, Backlog Refinement, Demos)\nDelivering long-term solutions that result in higher developer productivity and quality\n\nBasic Qualifications:\no Proven track record of successfully implementing Java-based solutions in complex and high-volume business environments that deliver long-term solutions that enhance developer productivity and software quality\no Deep knowledge of Java programming principles including test driven development and debugging\no Strong understanding of enterprise resource planning systems architecture and financial
