Includes:\nLead customer-facing ERP implementation, optimization, and transformation engagements, ensuring deliverables are completed within scope and according to established timelines.\nPartner with customers to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives, and translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.\nDrive key activities throughout the implementation lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.\nCollaborate closely with customers, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business requirements and project objectives.\nGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements and support the development of appropriate solution designs.\nConduct and support system testing, including the development and execution of test plans and the resolution of functional issues.\nIdentify risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement and proactively contribute to the successful delivery of project outcomes.\nTravel up to 25% to support customer engagements, workshops, implementation milestones, and other critical project activities.\nBasic Qualifications:\nExperience delivering customer-facing ERP consulting, implementation, or business transformation projects.\nExperience with one or more stages of the ERP implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, or post-go-live support.\nExperience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional or technology solutions.\nExperience working with business processes within one or more functional areas, such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Sales.\nExperience within at least one of the following industry segments: Distribution, Food and Beverage, or Equipment.\nDemonstrated ability to independently manage priorities, solve complex problems, and proactively drive project outcomes.\nCommunication, presentation, stakeholder management, and customer relationship-building skills.\nFull professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.\nLegal authorization to work permanently in Mexico for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Infor M3 or other enterprise ERP platforms, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor LN, or any other ERP solution.\nExperience supporting global, regional, or multi-country ERP implementations.\nExperience leading functional workstreams or serving as a functional lead during ERP implementation projects.\nExperience with ERP integration tools and technologies, including cloud-based ERP suites, middleware, APIs, or EDI platforms.\nExperience working with cloud applications, SaaS solutions, or enterprise digital transformation initiatives.\nExperience supporting change management, user adoption, or business process transformation initiatives.\nKnowledge of project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.\nExperience or interest in process improvement, automation, innovation, or AI-enabled business initiatives.\nPrevious experience in an M3-related functional area or a demonstrated interest in developing expertise in Infor
