improvement. \nManage development budgets, resource allocation, and strategic vendor partnerships. \nStay ahead of technology trends and evaluate their applicability to Infor’s platforms and products. \nFoster cross-functional collaboration across global teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery. \n\nBasic Qualifications:\nExperience in software development, in a leadership role. \nExperience delivering enterprise SaaS applications at scale. \nExperience in cloud technologies, microservices, and modern DevOps practices. \nExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading distributed development teams. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in cloud / Saas / ERP, or industry-specific enterprise applications. \nExperience driving organizational change and influence at all levels. \nExcellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management
