engineering \n3-5 years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership roles \nProven experience building and operating cloud-native SaaS platforms at scale \nExperience working in enterprise product organizations with distributed systems \nDeep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and backend service development \nStrong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures\nExperience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS \nProficiency with Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native deployment models \nStrong knowledge of data storage technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling \nFamiliarity with document management or content management systems\nUnderstanding of API design, system integration, and data workflows \nExperience with messaging/streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka or equivalent)\nUnderstanding of observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing) and SRE practices\nKnowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices\nAwareness of AI/ML applications in enterprise systems is a plus \nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills \nEffective communication and stakeholder management
