You will play a pivotal role in driving customer success while maintaining accountability for project financial performance and delivery excellence.\n\nThis is a highly visible, customer-facing leadership position for someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys building long-term partnerships with global organizations.\n\nA Typical Day in the Life Includes:\nLead end-to-end delivery of large-scale ERP and enterprise software implementation programs.\nAct as the executive point of contact for customers, developing trusted advisor relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders.\nAlign business objectives with solution strategy, implementation approach, and delivery execution.\nManage complex project portfolios involving multiple workstreams, teams, partners, and stakeholders.\nActing as the delegated senior delivery leader for strategic customers and programmes, providing executive governance, delivery oversight and escalation management.\nLeading recovery activities for at-risk programmes, driving corrective actions and stakeholder alignment to achieve successful customer outcomes.\nLeading mobilisation of major programmes, ensuring governance, resourcing, operating models and delivery controls are established before execution begins.\nOwn project financial performance, including forecasting, revenue recognition, profitability, and commercial risk management.\nDrive program governance, executive steering committees, reporting, and decision-making processes.\nBuild and maintain detailed delivery plans, resource forecasts, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.\nProactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring prompt resolution and escalation where needed.\nLead and mentor project managers, consultants, and delivery teams to foster high performance and collaboration.\nPartner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to support project scoping, delivery planning, and customer proposals.\nIdentify opportunities to expand customer value through additional services and strategic consulting engagements.\nChampion delivery excellence and continuous improvement across project methodologies, tools, and best practices.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise software delivery.\nProven success leading large-scale ERP programs.\nProven success leading large-scale ERP and digital transformation programs involving multiple workstreams, global stakeholders, and complex delivery environments.\nStrong commercial acumen with experience owning project P&L, forecasting, and financial governance.\nDemonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.\nExcellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong understanding of project governance frameworks, program management, and enterprise transformation methodologies.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nPMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent project management certification is advantageous.\nWillingness to travel to customer locations as required.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience delivering Infor CloudSuite, Infor LN, M3, or comparable enterprise ERP solutions.\nBackground in Manufacturing, Industrial Equipment, Distribution, Supply Chain, or Logistics industries.\nExperience managing global or multi-country implementation programs.\nFamiliarity with cloud transformation, SaaS delivery models, and change management
