This role serves as the primary point of accountability for project execution, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and overall project success. The successful candidate will manage multiple concurrent engagements, collaborate with geographically distributed teams, and drive projects from initiation through successful go-live and customer adoption.\nA Typical Day in the Life Includes:\nLead and manage multiple in-flight Services projects within the FSM (Field Service Management) and HRT (Human Resources Talent) solution portfolios.\nDeliver end-to-end Infor product implementation projects for global customers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.\nDrive customer adoption initiatives, including supporting strategic objectives such as increasing GDS adoption and maximizing customer value realization.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), governance frameworks, and executive dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps.\nOwn project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, margin management, change orders, and P&L accountability.\nIdentify and mitigate delivery risks, manage escalations, and lead recovery actions for at-risk projects.\nBuild trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders, executive sponsors, and cross-functional teams while managing expectations and driving alignment.\nLead steering committee meetings and deliver concise executive-level reporting on project status, risks, decisions, and business outcomes.\nCoordinate global project teams across multiple regions and time zones, driving accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence.\nEnsure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, implementation best practices, and organizational policies.\nSupport pre-sales and business development efforts by acting as an Opportunity Manager for strategic, complex, or high-risk engagements.\nMentor junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Project Management Office (PMO).\nBasic Qualifications:\nExperience Required\nMinimum of 10 years of overall IT or business systems experience.\nAt least 5+ years of project management experience leading full-cycle ERP implementation projects, including medium to high-complexity engagements.\nDemonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent customer projects in a global delivery environment.\nExperience working with enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives.\nProven success managing projects with distributed and multicultural teams\nSpecialized Knowledge & Skills\nStrong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and governance practices.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align business and technical teams.\nAdvanced problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.\nStrong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, profitability, and commercial impacts.\nExceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to navigate complex organizational environments and influence teams toward successful outcomes.\nStrong understanding of business processes, customer success drivers, and change management principles\nProduct Knowledge\nExperience with enterprise applications and ERP solutions, preferably within Infor products such as FSM, HRT, LN, M3, CloudSuite, or similar enterprise platforms.\nFamiliarity with implementation methodologies, system integration concepts, and cloud-based delivery models.\n Job Requirements\nPMP certification is required.\nProficiency in Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office Suite, and project reporting tools.\nDemonstrated ability to manage customer expectations, facilitate decision-making, and maintain engagement through complex delivery cycles.\nAbility to work flexible hours to support global customers and project teams.\nWillingness to travel as required for customer engagements, project governance, and business needs.\nExperience recovering at-risk projects and managing executive escalations is highly desirable.\nExposure to GenAI-enabled project delivery, including the use of AI tools to support planning, reporting, risk analysis, productivity improvements, and customer value realization.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.\nExperience within Infor implementation environments or enterprise software consulting organizations.\nExperience leading large-scale transformation programs involving multiple workstreams, geographies, or business functions.\nExperience supporting contract negotiations, scope management, and commercial
