quality, accountability and continuous improvement\nDefine and implement QA strategies, standards and best practices\nEstablish and maintain test plans, test cases and test cycles\nEnsure QA processes align with organizational goals and compliance requirements\nContinuously improve testing methodologies (manual, automated, exploratory)\nTesting & Execution\nBe part of and oversee functional, regression, integration and performance testing\nAbility to read and understand code and system architecture\nReview and approve test cases, scripts and test results\nEnsure timely identification, documentation and tracking of defects\nValidate defect fixes and confirm release readiness\nBalance risk, quality and delivery timelines\n Collaboration & Communication\nAct as the primary QA point of contact for projects or products\nCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps and Business teams\nParticipate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives\nCommunicate QA status, risks and recommendations clearly to stakeholders\nAdvocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle\nAutomation & Tools\nDrive test automation strategy and adoption\nSelect, implement and maintain QA tools and frameworks\nEnsure proper use of defect tracking and test management systems\nAnalyse test results and trends to improve coverage and efficiency\n Compliance & Risk Management\nEnsure adherence to regulatory, security and industry standards (where applicable)\nIdentify quality risks early and propose mitigation plans\nSupport audits, documentation and process assessments\nBasic Qualifications:\n6+ years of professional experience in testing and QA\n1+ years of experience in a senior QA role\nExperience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium)\nStrong knowledge of Coding and SQL\nUnderstanding of web applications and multi-tiered product architecture\nFlexible working across different time zones\nBasic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices\nStrong team-building skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines\nHigh attention to detail with a proactive mindset\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field of study\nKnowledge of the Agile methodology\nKnowledge of Jira and other Atlassian tools\nKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS)\nGen AI tools knowledge and experience in using AI for
