You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and customer success teams to validate functionality, performance, and scalability-helping us deliver smarter, faster, and more intuitive software.\nA Typical Day in the Life Includes:\nDevelop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and user stories. \nPerform manual and automated testing across web-based and cloud-native applications. \nIdentify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, collaborating with development to ensure timely resolution. \nWork in Agile/Scrum teams to ensure continuous testing, integration, and delivery pipelines. \nCollaborate cross-functionally with Development, Business Analysis, Product Management and UX teams to understand application use cases, industry-specific workflows, and regulatory compliance requirements. \nParticipate in user story reviews and contribute to requirements clarification and risk assessment. \nMonitor application performance, usability, and stability throughout the development lifecycle. \nContribute to the enhancement of QA best practices, frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives. \nEnsure quality of release builds in all environments until production.
